Job Summary and Qualifications This leadership role will oversee finance, analytics, vendor relations and absence management teams with a focus on employee benefits strategy, comprehensive analytics and operational excellence. The AVP will lead development of employee benefits strategy that leverages vendor partnerships, consulting, technology and analytics to promote employee retention and engagement.
