MetLife is seeking an experienced Head of Data and Analytics for Retirement Income Solutions (RIS) and MetLife's central Master Data Management (MDM) system. RIS is about 40% of MetLife's U.S. earnings. The main products are annuities, pension risk transfer, BOLI/COLI and stable value. The MDM system connects to many source systems for all consumer touchpoints for all MetLife products. It's a large production data hub. Reporting directly to Glenn Hofmann, the U.S. Data Officer, this position will oversee all D&A efforts for this product line, and all D&A personnel working on this portfolio. The role spans all relevant D&A functions, from data infrastructure design, data engineering/modeling/analysis all the way to data science and daily support for all deliverables.
