Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant financial experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent judgment and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with consistent, high-quality deliverables.
  • Microsoft Office suite experience; Advanced Excel skills ; experience with SQL, Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead profitability analysis, Relationship Manager budgeting and financial reporting for P&C Business
  • Lead ad-hoc projects, analytics and reporting to support strategic decision making
  • Lead calculation and reporting for System and Non-system Reserves
  • Internal consultant for business initiatives including report automation, technology improvements, process redesign, and platform, product, & channel analysis
