The Assistant Vice President is responsible for managing and mentoring a team responsible for the management and accounting/financial reporting related to the Travel and Accident & Disability business units. This role has both a management component together with a great deal of hands-on responsibilities for the day-to-day activities of the group. This individual will have a high level of interaction with operating executives, officers, and other members of the finance teams throughout the organization. This position will focus on the close process, P&L, MD&A,, and more. This role is hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in the office), and will sit in either our Jersey City, NJ, Hartford, CT, Garden City, NY, or Philadelphia, PA office.
