AVP, Finance - Position Summary: Oversees all aspects of revenue recognition processes. Collaborates with RCM and Accounting teams to accurately record and report revenue. Prepares and presents executive level presentations. Leads, mentors, and develops a team of finance professionals. Develops models and ad hoc analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma modeling.
Requirements
- Relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in healthcare finance and/or RCM experience.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience, 3+ years’ supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and automation opportunities within finance functions.
