As a AVP, FinTech Onboarding, you will lead the onboarding and delivery of complex fintech programs, managing multiple client implementations from both a strategic and tactical lens. You’ll oversee Associate- and Analyst-level team members while working cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure a seamless partner launch experience. This role is ideal for a fintech professional with strong technical fluency, compliance awareness, and stakeholder management experience, looking to step into people and program leadership.
