About The Position

We are seeking a visionary AVP of Demand Generation to spearhead our demand generation strategy and execution, driving growth and market penetration for our healthcare SaaS solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing, and analytical prowess to effectively generate demand and build a scalable lead generation engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the healthcare IT or SaaS spaces, and a proven track record of success in scaling demand generation efforts that significantly impact revenue growth. A strong understanding of the MarTech stack and how to integrate multiple tools, including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to drive a highly efficient inbound and outbound lead generation engine is required for success in this role.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare IT or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that have significantly contributed to business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing ROI and performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leadership.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to reach and engage target audiences.

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key segments within the healthcare and therapy markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, events, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously test, measure, and optimize campaign performance and marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and lead management processes.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust marketing tech stack that supports efficient and effective demand generation activities.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for optimal results.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.
