The AVP Data Insights & Analytics role is an officer position that plays a leading role in driving accountability for the execution of CNA's most critical underwriting strategies. This role will lead a team that drives organizational change through the consistent adoption of portfolio management processes and tools across each of CNA's relevant business area globally. This position will be accountable for the ultimate outcomes produced by those processes - leading the team that creates the data-driven tools and executes the pre and post deployment change management to embed these core processes into how the organization operates day-to-day in a way that is consistent with CNA's global underwriting committee framework. They will work to iteratively enhance these processes with a variety of business and technical leaders to ensure each component of all processes are optimally achieving the desired outcomes. Additionally, they will transition these processes to be forward looking and real time, leveraging CNA's cloud data investments and cutting edge generative AI capabilities to accomplish these objectives in a way never before possible.
