Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business marketing, management, accounting or finance is required.
• At least four years related experience.
• Excellent communication and human relation skills.
• Bank lending experience preferred.
• Thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail contracts and volume for the bank by establishing relationships with commercial retail businesses.
• Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts.
• Responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct or indirect basis.
• Accountable for the terms extended on such credit.
• Responsible for retail sales finance acquisition advising commercial business owners to market financing options to their potential customers.
• Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
