About The Position

Manages Real Estate and Corporate Service functions to include the construction and remodel project management, special projects and departmental budgeting. Prepares budget forecasts, audits and processes project invoices, controls, and justifies expenses and work within the defined departmental and overall credit union budget. Collaborate with leadership in strategic planning as it pertains to corporate services, construction, facility management and security operations. Assist leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, construction management, architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction management or facilities management experience in corporate or commercial real estate industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with project management.
  • Hands-on experience supervising on-site personnel and managing project deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of facilities programming, industry standards, building systems, and corporate management.
  • Experience with designers, contractors, vendors, and tenants.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with vendors and contractors.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Software competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and insurability.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. with assistance.
