About The Position
Amerisure is currently recruiting for an AVP, Construction Defect Claims leader that can lead our CD team. The role can sit remote and will require both a Juris Doctorate and management experience. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set. Lead the Construction Defect claims unit to ensure industry leading customer experience through exceptional service, unmatched relationships, and superior claims outcomes. Responsible to achieve claim department goals established to realize the company's strategic objectives. Partner with department and cross-functional leadership to build agency relationships and execute operational plans.
