About The Position
The AVP, Construction & Climate Risk Manager assists in providing oversight and guidance to CPC Climate Capital's construction subordinate lending activities, which range from new construction, gut rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of affordable housing and mixed-use projects. The role also entails providing oversight on the decarbonization and energy saving impact of the project. The VP, Construction & Climate Risk Manager will be the primary point of contact with third party construction consultants, and will provide expertise regarding guidelines, procedures, and policies related to construction lending risk. The VP, Construction Risk Manager will assess and make recommendations to mitigate construction risk in individual projects as well as on a portfolio-wide basis.
