About The Position
The position provides relationship management support to Relationship Managers (RM) in monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships. The role involves continuous evaluation of operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. The individual will interact with customers and bank employees to address credit and deposit service-related matters satisfactorily, assisting Relationship Managers in all aspects of servicing customers both internally and externally.
