As the leader in delivering an elite and differentiated service experience, the role will be responsible for working closely with our Service, Operations, Supervision and Relationship Management teams to support one of LPL's largest Institutional clients. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the client's day-to-day satisfaction with LPL. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring seamless operational support, addressing client needs and concerns, and enhancing the overall client experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize processes, implement best practices, and resolve operational issues efficiently. Your expertise in financial services, combined with strong interpersonal skills, will help you build trust and foster long-term partnerships. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights will be crucial in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
