This role is designed for a motivated, growth-oriented professional who is eager to build a career in trust and wealth management by generating new relationships, new accounts, and new assets under management (AUM). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Initial focus will be on outbound business development activities, including identifying prospects, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for senior business line managers. Over time, the position will evolve into an independent business development role with responsibility for managing a personal pipeline and bringing on new business.
