  • 3-5 years of management experience

  • Knowledge of bank operations including functions, products, services and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Supervise flow of branch to ensure operating schedules, processes and procedures are met
  • Focus on operation functions including sales, business development, loss control, compliance, customer service and audit controls
  • Coach and develop team
  • Participate in planning and conducting of operational and service staff meetings
  • Review existing procedures and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate on rollout and implementation of new and updated processes and procedures
  • Take advantage of volunteer opportunities and bank-sponsored events.
  • Partner with other departments to collaborate on projects and business development calls.
