First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an AVP & Banking Center Manager to lead our Kahului Banking Center. In this key role, you will be responsible for the sales and service activities, marketing plan, operating budget, profitability and operational integrity of the branch. You will provide overall leadership for the branch. The Banking Center Manager understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the Bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 to 8 years of banking experience required.
• 5 years of lending experience including commercial, consumer, and real estate required.
• Strong management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Business development skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and service activities of the Kahului Banking Center.
