About The Position

Our Production Team plays a vital role in creating immersive and distraction-free environments for worship, events, and experiences across all campuses. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Production Team Member to join our central team. This position combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to support and elevate our Sunday experiences and mid-week events. If you have a heart for ministry, a mind for systems, and the skills to lead in both technical and relational spaces, this is for you.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in live production and AVL systems
• Knowledge of Dante networking (Level 2 preferred)
• Experience with digital audio consoles (Digico Quantum, Yamaha CL/QL)
• Familiarity with video routing and broadcast equipment (Blackmagic, HyperDecks, etc.)
• Understanding of lighting systems (Vista, sACN, ARTNET)
• ProPresenter 7 experience (Looks, Macros, Layers, MIDI)
• Experience in training and leading production teams
• Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt under pressure
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willingness to serve, troubleshoot, and respond flexibly to a fast-paced church environment

Nice To Haves

• CCNA or Network+ certifications
• Knowledge of Soundgrid, ProTools, Vectorworks, or Resolume
• Experience in budgeting and gear procurement
• Familiarity with youth or mid-week service production

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems across campuses
• Oversee and execute creative and technical elements of Sunday services and events
• Lead and develop production volunteers and staff
• Troubleshoot systems and respond to real-time issues with professionalism and urgency
• Contribute to and execute long-term production strategies and system upgrades
• Collaborate on programming for ProPresenter, Vista lighting, SuperRack, Ableton, and other key platforms
• Assist in stage setups, service rehearsals, and event production
• Manage production and audio budgets in collaboration with the Broadcast & Service Director
• Serve in a hands-on production or audio role regularly
