We are seeking talented Avionics Test Engineers to work closely with the broader engineering team for an exciting internship opportunity. This person is passionate about engineering, ready to take ownership over complex challenges, and a strong desire to learn about all things satellites. You will have an opportunity to approach this from a fresh perspective targeting an end result indexed on reliability and efficiency. This will require innovation and creativity to ultimately disrupt and make an impact on the industry. During the internship program at Apex, you'll gain hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities. You'll be assigned a spring project to give you the opportunity to have real impact. Throughout the project you'll have a dedicated mentor to guide you, while participating in learning sessions to elevate your knowledge of aerospace. Avionics Test Engineering: Interns will assist in the development of new ATE Rack systems, improving our hardware test stands and the development of processes and tooling that allow for manufacturing spacecraft at scale. Proficiency in PCB development, buildup and testing is required. Experience in Altium and programming languages such as Python for scripting is required.
