The Avionics Technician for the New Product Introduction and Low Volume line will be responsible for learning and executing electronic assembly processes necessary to manufacture a quality product in a timely manner, as well as assisting electrical engineering team with various day to day activities. This role includes but is not limited to, conducting post-flight inspections, refurbishing assets post-flight, conducting pilot builds on newer designs and aiding engineering in developing work instructions and processes, and executing lower volume contracts to free up the main production line. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and testing down to the component level and replacing broken parts. You will be soldering under a microscope, wire harnesses fabrication and crimping . This will require strong soldering skills.
