Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years prior experience on aircraft maintenance/avionics.
• Involvement in supervision of four or more team members.
• Advanced knowledge of FAA paperwork and work orders.
• Repairman, FCC, or similar certificates highly preferred.
• Aircraft specific factory training preferred.
• Valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of avionics technicians.
• Provide daily oversight of assigned technicians including setting work schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure service delivery standards.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs for team members.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies.
• Oversee maintenance of service center tools, equipment, and hangar spaces.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of activities are maintained.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
