Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • CAM and EVM experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
  • Experience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking.
  • Experience throughout the engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment).
  • Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Control Account Management (CAM) support and deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) duties, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Support the Program Office integration activities.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
  • Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
  • Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers.
