About The Position
The Avionics/Electrical Technician IV - 2nd Shift at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA, is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics and electronic aircraft systems. This role ensures that all operational tests and repairs are performed to maintain a defect-free aircraft. The technician will demonstrate superior technical skills, provide training to personnel, and implement process changes to reduce costs while adhering to safety and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with six years of experience in avionics/electrical fields or two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four years of related experience. An A&P license is preferred, along with other relevant certifications.
