This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. At Blue Origin, you’ll apply your technical expertise and leadership to shape the future of space exploration. As an Avionics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the New Glenn Rocket program, collaborating with a skilled team to design, develop, and qualify mission-critical avionics hardware, enabling reliable and reusable spaceflight to advance our vision of millions living and working in space. As part of a small, hard-working and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for supporting and representing the Electrical Harness Design team at our internal Electrical Harness Manufacturing Shop. This is a hands-on position that will involve you in all aspects of engineering, design, fabrication, installation and test. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
