About The Position
The AVID Tutor position is designed to support middle and high school students enrolled in the AVID program, which focuses on preparing potential college students by teaching them essential college readiness skills. The tutor will work closely with students to enhance their academic performance, particularly in writing and mathematics, and will facilitate tutorial sessions to help students grasp complex concepts and improve their study skills.
