About The Position

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hard working 3rd Shift working Aviation Supervisor who is committed to reliable quality service, cost management, and building a rock steady team. This is a Night Shift Position That Requires Flexible Availability Including Weekends and Some Holidays 1-3 years management or supervisory experience preferred, be willing to perform very physical work, and have open schedule availability. 1) The role is responsible for reliable quality service for our customers (85% cleaning work/15% office work). This means leading cleanings on a daily basis to successful customer sign off and FoxTrot standards. Use hot water pressure washer, approved degreasers, solvents and cleaning equipment to clean the APU compartment and surrounding panels on the Airbus A320 family aircraft. Follow OEM and regulatory cleaning protocols, ensuring the APU area is free of oil, soot, corrosion, foreign object debris (FOD) and buildup. Protect sensitive components (electrical connectors, sensors, APU intake/exhaust zones) from moisture or damage during cleaning operations. Set up, operate and maintain cleaning equipment (pressure washer units, hoses, nozzles) in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. Inspect and report any fluid leaks, structural corrosion or FOD in the APU bay to Maintenance Control Complete cleaning logs, inspection checklists and documentation accurately and on schedule. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical storage per MSDS and company safety standards. Communicate with maintenance teams and quality inspectors to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance post-cleaning. Occasionally support other exterior aircraft cleaning tasks (landing-gear bays, nacelles, etc.) if needed. Ramp Driving Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles and ground support equipment (GSE) on the airport ramp area. Transport cleaning equipment, pressure washer units, and supplies to and from aircraft stands in accordance with airport driving procedures. Follow all airport ramp safety rules, including speed limits, designated lanes, and restricted zone awareness. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, ensuring equipment is in safe operating condition. Maintain communication with ground operations, supervisors, and other ramp personnel while driving in active aircraft areas. Immediately report any vehicle damage, safety hazards, or airfield incidents to supervision Success metric is high cabin scores and high internal and external quality audit scores 2) Maintain Cost Metrics and Paperwork to ensure profitability and compliance Ensure a weekly and monthly staff schedule (from 5 to 15 team members) which aligns with FoxTrot labor metrics (training will be provided) Ensure the team has enough hours at work to retain them Keep full records of badging complaint with airport rules Fill out HIT forms as hazards are identified Complete online forms and upload signed do lists throughout the night Take stock inventory and place orders with the logistics manager Success metric is twofold: 100% closeout form, checklist, and debrief form compliance Labor metric adherence within tolerances on the pulse sheet 3) Build a rock steady team, with strong communication and collaboration with the home office. Maintain positive, daily communication with the team Set elevation goals (development plans) for each team member with the Operations Manager Train team members in quality work, checklist use, and safety Work with the back office to post ads, then interview and hire team members based on our 5 values of GRIT, Solidarity, Client Focus, Safety, and Accountability. Work with the back office to ensure timely badging and onboarding Complete disciplinary forms to document employees Advocate for raises for quality team members Helps other teams and drives to other locations to ensure network wide strength Success metric is less than 35% annual full time turnover at the location The Aviation Supervisor reports to and works with the location Operations Manager to ensure 7 day per week coverage for FoxTrot’s Clients. Both of these positions report to a Program Manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Be willing to perform very physical work
  • Have open schedule availability
  • Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and twisting
  • Cleaning to a high level of detail up to 8 hours per day
  • Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work
  • The candidate needs to be excellent at communication and available by a cell phone with a consistent number 24/7
  • The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work
  • Pass a basic background check
  • Passing a drug screening
