Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience.
- Ability to perform precision drilling and fastener installation with supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of non-conformance tags and repair processes.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, modify, and install aircraft sheet metal and composite components.
- Fabricate and rework complex structural assemblies.
- Use precision measuring devices to ensure quality standards.
- Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records.
- Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
