The Aviation Safety Inspector (Operations) serves as the primary operations interface between assigned air carriers, air operators, air agencies, airmen, designees, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is responsible for ensuring that assigned organizations comply with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) regarding general aviation operations programs. The inspector independently plans, designs, and executes programs and projects, ensuring adherence to FAA policies and safety standards.
