Requirements

  • Must be Secret Clearance eligible; interim required on day one.
  • SECRET clearance will be required for all MST personnel for purposes of sensitive program specific information and for access to Contractor internal information management system.
  • All personnel must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent using multiple maintenance recording systems and familiar with USAF quality requirements.
  • AW-139 Helicopter experience.
  • USAF aircraft maintenance records auditor.

Responsibilities

  • Documents and maintains the complete aircraft build / quality / inspection records to ensure the integrity of the deliverable product in 'as-built' configuration.
  • Reconciles erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries, performing audits of planning and production schedules, and/or coordinating with customer custodians.
  • Assembles and validates MH-139A data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status for aircraft roll out, flight and/or delivery.
  • Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems, conduct research, and compile and analyze performance reports to continuously improve process capability.
  • Adheres to local Air Force Instruction (AFI's), the MH-139A Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) Manual, DCMA 8210.1C Change 1, and has experience working with a military customer.
  • Implements and updates the aircraft forms and records using the MH-139A Customer's paper logbook (AFTO Form 781) and digital Maintenance Information Systems (MIS).
  • Maintains the logbook and component historical updated records and provide to the MH-139A Customer for their review and signoff prior to aircraft closures and/or flight release.
  • Completes the aircraft records in compliance with (AFI) 21-101, 21-103, 21-101, 21-103, 21-165 and (TO) 00-20-1 and 00-20-2 as required.
  • Validates with the Boeing Field Service Representative (FSR) or Boeing Lead Mechanic that all maintenance tasks and historical records are correctly recorded in the Customer's logbook and digital MIS.
