About The Position

Ricondo is seeking student interns for Summer 2026 in our Orlando office. We believe the best way to learn the business firsthand is by working alongside our talented team of aviation consultants in our offices. Ricondo staff are passionate and committed to working collaboratively with our airport clients to assess options for resolving complex issues facing the aviation industry today. As an Aviation Planning intern, you will join our team and be an important part of that process, with a focus on one-on-one learning via interaction with our team of experienced professionals. No two airports are the same and no two projects are alike, so there would be no dull days. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a college degree in Civil Engineering, Aviation Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or another related field
  • Passion and interest in the Aviation Industry
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Productive independent research skills of technical standards
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Some form of computer-aided design skill (AutoCAD) preferred, but not essential (training provided)
