In this critical role, you’ll ensure the efficient sourcing, ordering, and tracking of aircraft parts and materials across our fleet. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in aviation parts, logistics, or maintenance support (Part 135/145 preferred)
  • Working knowledge of aircraft components, documentation, and FAA certification requirements
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP tools, or aviation maintenance software
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • aviation certifications or A&P license a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source and procure aviation parts, tools, and consumables for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships, compare pricing, and ensure timely delivery of critical components
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits
  • Track shipments, process purchase orders, and resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and operations leaders to anticipate needs
  • Ensure all parts are certified, documented, and compliant with FAA and company standards
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend reorders or alternative sourcing when necessary
  • Support maintenance planning through proactive procurement and logistics coordination
