We are currently seeking an Aviation Parts & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Miami. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely order processing. If you possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for learning and proactive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Quantum Inventory system beneficial.
  • Forklift truck license desirable.
  • Hazardous Goods in Transit certificate advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer requests for materials, sales, and exchange inquiries.
  • Meeting AOG deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing orders for shipment to vendors and customers.
  • Coordinating deliveries with couriers for expedited service.
  • Performing data entry using Quantum system.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Receiving materials from suppliers and conduct quality control inspections.
  • Handling and store aeronautical parts, including electro-sensitive devices.
  • Addressing queries and manage rejected parts.
  • Packing parts for domestic or export dispatch.
  • Maintaining shipping documentation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth company operations.
  • Performing other reasonable tasks as needed.
