About The Position

TrueAero focuses on the sourcing and supply of large commercial airframe and engine material and providing whole aircraft end-of-life solutions in support of Airlines, MROs, Leasing Companies, and Financial Institutions worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative to support our global aviation sales team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth sales operations by processing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our sales process.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years experience in a customer or project-oriented role preferred
  • Strong communication, consultation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders
  • Oversee shipments
  • Resolve common transaction errors
  • Obtain shipping instructions, weights & dims
  • Gather and update customer preferences
  • Overview/Manage Exchanges and RMA’s for the Account Management/BD Team
  • Map/Maintain General Cases and Quote 360 Report
  • Assisting with quoting if required during busy periods
  • Maintain high energy, a cooperative and positive attitude, and a great sense of humor
  • Other tasks and projects as directed by management
