About The Position

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is searching for a highly motivated Aviation Marketing Associate to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a range of aviation projects throughout the Southeast.

Requirements

  • Experience working for an architecture/engineering/infrastructure firm is required.
  • Prior experience developing proposals is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong detail orientation skills and being able to do quality work under short time frames.
  • Excellent communication skills are expected, both oral and written.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must complete a pre-employment screening; ICE is a drug-free workplace.
  • High school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office work is required.
  • Routinely required to sit for an extended period at a computer workstation.
  • Hand and eye coordination adequate for computer data entry.
  • Visually observe and differentiate details and colors of objects.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
  • The ICE offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing an unpaid hour for lunch daily.
  • This is an onsite position reporting to the ICE office 5 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint CRM is a plus.
  • High school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proposals/qualifications statements in response to RFQ/RFPs associated with the aviation industry to include pursuits for new terminals (architecture), aviation planning, rental car facilities, parking lots, taxiways, aprons, passenger loading bridges, or general aviation services.
  • Technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Create marketing materials, flyers, brochures, advertisements, etc. for aviation-related requests.
  • Produce (printing, laminating, binding, etc.) proposal/qualification packages and other marketing materials for aviation-related tasks.
  • Prepare standard documents in conformance with aviation Owner/Client standards.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations as requested by the VPs of Aviation for various regions.
  • Maintain aviation-related marketing documents including staff resumes, project profiles, Standard Form 330s, and project photos.
  • Coordinate with Vice Presidents of Aviation for various regions, Project Managers, subconsultants, ICE staff, and other Marketing Associates to gather the information requested by the Client/Owner.
  • Review marketing documents to ensure accuracy, readability, and overall quality.
