Assist in the safe and successful daily operation of the company flight department, to include all aspects of maintenance, ground, hangar, and flight operations. This is an entry level, FT salary position requires random drug and alcohol screening.

Requirements

  • Must possess high degree of tact and discretion at all times
  • Prior Aviation work experience; general, corporate, or prior military aviation experience.
  • Previous aircraft handling and ground operations experience.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Discretion of operations and willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement
  • Assist in flight operations.
  • Possess an Airframe & Powerplant License with Inspector Authorization
  • Assist in aircraft maintenance requirements and planning.
  • Refuel company aircraft.
  • Tow aircraft and various equipment / trailers.
  • Clean and re-stock aircraft.
  • Assist in pre-flight / post-flight checks.
  • Assist passengers in a professional manner.
  • Monitor, maintain and re-supply inventory.
  • Perform runway inspections
  • Maintain hangar facility and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure fly-in clients, guests, and their aircraft and crew are properly attended to.
  • Drive, clean, and fuel/recharge of multiple and varied vehicles/support equipment.
  • Ability to obtain a Missouri Class E driver’s license.
  • Record keeping, paperwork, data entry and minimal accounting tasks.
  • Minimal expense reporting.
  • Basic computer skills
