The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Maintenance Department. Essential Functions Maintain organized purchase records Receive and stock ordered parts Prepare shipments Update inventory management software Conduct periodic audits of inventory Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks Book travel for employees and others upon request Answer phones Assist with paperwork processing Provide customer service requests as needed Assist in any general office duties as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
