About The Position

The Aviation Documentation Administrator is responsible for the administration and technical analysis of maintenance programs. This role involves receiving and reviewing technical work requests, analyzing aircraft corrective action reports, and assisting customers with program interpretation. Additionally, the planner ensures compliance with OEM requirements, manages program documentation, and collaborates with various teams for program enhancements.

Requirements

  • Data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Aviation experience with a strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as AMM and MPD.
  • Familiarity with maintenance-tracking or MRO software systems.
  • Customer service skills and ERP experience.
  • Four-year college degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Business Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent aircraft maintenance experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of aviation maintenance-planning experience, including understanding of ATA Chapter 5 time-limits, scheduled maintenance concepts, or inspection program logic.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft troubleshooting principles, such as MEL, AMM, Fault Isolation, or experience as a technician or equivalent maintenance role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including basic proficiency in Excel for reporting, trend tracking, and data verification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and respond to technical work requests from field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze aircraft corrective action reports and validate data within the troubleshooting database.
  • Assist customers with OCIP program interpretation, inspection intervals, and system access issues.
  • Identify, communicate, and implement step‑by‑step troubleshooting solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical or business issues as needed.
  • Ensure OCIP and CATS programs remain compliant with OEM requirements.
  • Validate and implement MPD/AMM updates into existing maintenance programs.
  • Track, report, and ensure timely resolution of program issues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Product Management teams to capture enhancement requests.
  • Maintain program documentation, version control, and change logs.
  • Communicate program needs and alternative solutions effectively with management and stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure timely follow‑up on customer and internal requests.
  • Develop and maintain end‑user documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members.
  • Lead internal task forces and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, product demos, and technical discussions.
  • Provide troubleshooting, installation, and configuration support for CS Programs.
  • Conduct internal and external customer training on Dassault support programs.
  • Manage subscription renewals and distribute renewal packages to customers.
  • Review customer-facing publications and recommend updates when appropriate.
  • Generate monthly product support and marketing analytics reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
