Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals.
Experience directing and reviewing aviation plans and technical specifications.
Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity.
Independent decision-making skills on technical matters.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation abilities.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and teamwork.
ABET accredited Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil design, at least three (3) within airport-related facilities
Texas PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months of starting
