About The Position

The Aviation Client Advisor is the front line conversion role for inbound demand. This position serves as the first touchpoint for clients entering the Elevate Jet ecosystem, responsible for quickly understanding intent, guiding clients through the right booking path, and ensuring each prospect lands in the service model that best fits their needs. The Advisor combines consultative selling, product fluency, and real time support to convert both inbound, and outbound interest, into confident bookings, long term relationships, or strategic handoffs to PJS or the additional products and offerings.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build trust quickly.
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills, with consistent attention to detail and documentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Driven by responsiveness, accuracy, and client care.
  • Naturally relationship-oriented and confident in consultative selling.
  • KPI Driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving environment with many simultaneous deals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation, hospitality, travel services, or other high-touch premium service environments.
  • U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S., both now and at all future times. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound app requests, web leads, and ‘help’ prompts with intent, speed, professionalism, and a consultative approach.
  • Conduct discovery conversation to understand trip purpose, urgency, preferences and service expectations.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide clients through our offerings including, but not limited to app self-service or assisted bookings, Jet Card and Membership Programs, PJS Concierge Services and Owner Services.
  • Maintain a clean, disciplined pipeline with accurate activity tracking and forecasting within our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless client handoff and continuity of service.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow, client experience, and conversion outcomes.
  • Re-engage dormant or previously quoted prospects to renew interest and advance them to active opportunities.
