About The Position

The Aviation Captain (PC-12) at Quest Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations to support the transportation of clinical specimens. This role involves flying 3-4 nights per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The Captain plays a critical role in the logistics team, contributing to the healthcare of over 140,000 patients daily by ensuring timely delivery of essential medical materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2000 flight hours.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license preferred.
• Single-pilot and turbine experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation-related issues.

• Experience with PC-12 aircraft.
• Previous experience in a similar aviation role.

Responsibilities

• Fly the PC-12 aircraft for night operations, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Transport clinical specimens efficiently to various locations across the country.
• Maintain communication with the operations team and other crew members during flights.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure the aircraft is in optimal condition before takeoff.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and cargo.
