Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric nursing
• Previous homecare experience

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
• Document patient care electronically using a tablet provided in each patient's home
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes
• Support patients with low acuity needs, including those with feeding tubes
