As a Crew Person, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, taking accurate food orders, preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food, partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring items are well stocked. This position offers a flexible schedule to meet your personal needs and includes various shifts to accumulate up to 40 hours of work per week. The starting wage is $15/hour, and you will have access to benefits such as 401K, insurance programs, and local meal discounts.
