We are looking for an Availability Manager to join a program that we continue to support. Responsibilities Implement moderately complex core business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service. Identify process matters of significance or enhancements and implements. Lead Incident Response during critical outages and ensure proper notification to management and customer POCs Evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions.
