AV Technician - Naples

Pay ranges from $18 - $45/hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and other trades on job sites
- Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
Nice To Haves
- Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus
- Passion and interest in electronic systems or technology
- Prior AV or IT experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks for residential systems including low voltage wiring, speakers, TVs, networks, surveillance, access control, lighting, and shades
- Configure and commission networks, Savant and Crestron Home control systems, and Lutron Homeworks lighting systems
- Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets
- Use hand and power tools to drill holes, crimp connectors, along with various other AV system-related tasks
- Communicate well with the project lead or project manager
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Produce professional work to company installation standards
