Residential AV Technician, High-End Homes
Install and support AV and smart home systems in high-end private residences. This role is for technicians who care about craftsmanship, clean installs, and doing things the right way.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience installing residential AV systems in private homes.
• Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Lutron, Sonos, and networking is required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet the travel requirements described above.

Responsibilities

• Install and program residential AV, lighting, shading, networking, and control systems, including Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, and motorized shades.
• Build racks, terminate wiring, and deliver clean, reliable systems.
• Work inside finished, high-end homes where cleanliness, discretion, and precision matter.
• Collaborate with a team that works hard, is eager to grow, and stays ego-free.
• Support system testing, final commissioning, and system troubleshooting.
