About The Position
The AV Service Technician will support the installation and configuration of various AV equipment, including Polycom and Cisco videoconferencing systems, as well as peripheral equipment and network infrastructure. This role requires proficiency in the installation and proper configuration of AV equipment, the ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and the capability to troubleshoot issues using manufacturers' manuals. The technician will also provide troubleshooting support and training to help desk customers and will be expected to travel occasionally to customer sites while adhering to administrative duties.
