The A/V Technical Services Manager advances DZCA’s mission and goals by overseeing all aspects of A/V technology across the zoo campus, combining hands-on expertise with team management and system development. This role directs staff and contractors to manage system integration, technical strategy, and budget, ensuring reliable, high-quality A/V support for events, seasonal enhancements, digital signage, and campus-wide audio and video. Our team is made up of passionate and diverse professionals dedicated to providing excellent care for our animals while creating meaningful experiences for our guests.
