About The Position
The Electric Boat Information Technology End User Services Team has an opening in support of continuing business-transformation, and an expanding workforce. This role in EBIT D604 involves the development of sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective business solutions to address Electric Boat's IT A/V challenges and initiatives. The position requires providing technical A/V support for EB's A/V rooms and systems, as well as offering technical guidance and project management oversight in support of IT service vendor projects. The role also includes effective interfacing with EB users and management, and contracted IT service providers at all levels. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to diverse IT teams to manage assigned tasks within defined budget and schedule, provide business and technical reviews of new and upgraded A/V software and hardware, investigate new technologies to deliver effective tools to the Electric Boat workforce, and support IT compliance and IT security requirements and processes.
