Requirements

• PMP certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong project discipline and structured delivery mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations.
• High attention to detail and quality in documentation and reporting.
• Experience managing AV technology‑focused projects (TLM experience desirable).
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing global projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with J&J leadership teams.
• Develop and manage documentation, presentations, and operational reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ensure adherence to J&J processes and governance expectations (aligned with TLM PM oversight models).
• Support risk management, issue resolution, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Maintain high visibility with J&J stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
• Ensure disciplined project execution, reporting, and compliance with delivery standards.
