About The Position

The A/V National & Strategic Accounts Leader oversees the sales activities nationally with top Residential, Enterprise and ProAV accounts and buying groups to ensure set targets are achieved, and business grows remarkably. Supervises sales teams to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization. Oversee the development of business plans and strategies by a sales department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous management experience.
  • 7+ years of proven sales success and B2B experience.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications).
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of client's business, industry, and strategic goals.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data to make strategic decisions.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence internally and externally, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ProAV and Residential Sales strategy to capture Market share and deliver on existing clients
  • Define metrics that are aligned with strategy in the sale of AV equipment tied to specific customers/groups
  • Define responsible growth strategy for sale goods to large, national accounts.
  • Define and drive Commercial Excellence strategy for each segment
  • Drive a winning sales culture within the responsible growth infrastructure.
  • Develop and lead a team of Direct reports
  • Define new paths and partnerships for sales and revenue expansion.
  • Define tactics in support of AV.
  • Define tactics to ensure successful attainment of predefined metrics.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop support and programs including but not limited to products, finance and support
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level stakeholders at key accounts and buying groups
  • Solution Development: Proactively identify client needs and lead internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Reporting: Monitor account health, analyze data, and provide performance reports to management.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes.
